How Pilikapilika works

Find a logistics agent, prepare your parcel details, and manage your shipment in one place. Here is what to expect at each step.

Search Agents

Find an agent

Search by name, region, district, service, or transport method. Open an agent profile to review their services, location, and available pricing before you choose.

Prepare your parcel

Create your product QR code or package details. Include the item description, quantity, supplier information, and any photos that will help your agent identify the goods.

Book your shipment

Select your agent and parcels, enter the pickup and destination details, and submit your request. Your agent reviews the request and confirms or rejects the booking.

Follow shipment updates

Open My Shipping in your account to follow status updates as your goods move through the delivery process. Use Messages to discuss shipment details with your agent.

Receive and confirm

Check your goods when they arrive and follow the delivery confirmation steps in your account. Where requested, scan the product QR code to confirm receipt.

Before you book

Check the agent's service coverage, transport method, pricing currency, and any delivery arrangements. Agree on the details with your agent and provide accurate parcel and contact information.

Do I need an account?

You can browse public agent information without signing in. Create an account and complete your profile to book shipments and use your account tools.
